About Her

Iffa Imran works as a counselor in Willing Ways, Lahore. She has completed her BSc. (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Beaconhouse National University. She has attended various workshops on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has also completed a placement in Special Education. She has written and presented papers on clinical researches at different international conferences. She has also written several case reports and worked on management cases in different hospitals as well. During her time at the university, she helped organize the annual Mental Health Day and several other events which required administrative skills. She has a passion for helping others in any way possible and advocates better mental health through her work and social media activity. She joined Willing Ways in 2020 and has since given multiple services in the form of individual sessions, family sessions, weekly group sessions, and staff training among other administrative duties as well. She is very goal-driven and aims to always provide services to the best of her abilities. Meanwhile, she also constantly updates her knowledge pool by reading books and other source materials. She believes in constantly improving oneself, making self-care a priority and always making sure to have open, honest, and transparent communication in front of everyone.
